Skilled in design, business process consultancy, Service Delivery, Negotiation, ITIL, IT Service Management, and IT Strategy. Strong sales professional with extensive technical knowledge based on Microsoft education and experience.

Paul has built his reputation as a business and technology expert through delivering large scale projects to Oil and Gas, Telco, and a wide variety of other industry verticals, always consultant first and sales second. He gets the most from his team through leading by example and the very occasional joke.

Tom has spent the last few years immersed in building businesses and education facilities in the Middle East, his experience of running companies and delivering complex projects on time and on budget has proved invaluable and now sees him as Chief Operating Officer at Saracen Group and Artemis Education.

After commissioning from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst Tom seven years in the British Army and three years as a Ship Broker, Tom went on to co-found a successful company in London overseeing the rapid growth from start-up to an award-winning business before moving to the Middle East in 2017.
